"The average home sales price increased 3% in Johnson County, KS, in 2024. Let’s take a look at a few individual cities within Johnson County, just to see if there are any outliers. I thought perhaps Leawood might outpace the county, but I was wrong. Overland Park, KS, saw a slightly higher average sales price than the rest of the county."
