Kansas City's top ranking city hall leader shared a hopeful note this morning on the sordid topic of downtown baseball . . . His latest point of contention . . . .
The loop might move traffic better than other locations.
It's a hopeful pitch but there's the quote wherein he attempts the sale despite voter skepticism . . .
"Downtown advantage is having been built and still set up for moving 100,000 commuters in and out of a centralized locale at about the same time each morning and evening. Not to mention numerous egress points and public transit."
