Kansas City Downtown Murals Debut

Tonight we take a glimpse at local graffiti that often triggers some of our more "traditional" readers who don't often appreciate urban art.

Still . . .

It's hard to deny the creativity and skill of so many of these displays.

Here's a bit of backstory on how the exhibit developed . . .

"The 6th Annual SpraySeeMo Mural Festival took place in early October, bringing together 16 artists from across the country to create 20 murals throughout Kansas City’s Crossroads, 18th & Vine, River Market, West Bottoms, and Midtown neighborhoods."
