Here are the deets on a long-running effort that puts TAXPAYER SUBSIDIZED luxury life inside the loop ahead of every other part of this town . . . Check-it:
"Declaring part of the Power & Light District an "undeveloped industrial area" would prime The Cordish Cos. to get tax incentives for its $156 million Four Light luxury apartment tower and another apartment building.
"A general development plan, scheduled for review Thursday by the city's Planned Industrial Expansion Authority, would bestow that industrial designation on 3.15 acres in Downtown."
