Here's a sneak peek at grand designs that's we've liberated from a local biz mag that isn't allowed to express the skepticism required to accurately report this project . . . Check-it:
"The commercial building has sat vacant since Macy's closed its Prairie Village location in early 2020. In 2021, plans were approved to renovate the building to allow for a Hen House grocery store and OneLife Fitness to occupy first-floor space, with about 39,000 square feet of office above. Those plans were never executed.
"The former retail building is two stories, but the site's grading means the structure functions as three stories with a walk-out on the north side. The Maryland-based developer now plans to reduce the height and complete interior renovations to convert the space to a multitenant retail building."
