Shawn Kieffer, Kansas City Election Board Co-Director, says that all registered voters are mailed a postcard confirming their polling location approximately two weeks prior to the election. He says legal notices are placed in both the Kansas City Star and Daily Record, with a list of the 79 polling locations also listed in the Star.
