After a list minute blitz on the topic of "splitting" the Jackson County vote . . . Ironically, it turns out her opposition was split right down the middle . . . Take a look . . .

"Johnson garnered about 50% of the vote, according to unofficial results from the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners and the Jackson County Election Board. She faced Stephanie Burton and John Gromowsky in the Aug. 6 primary. They each won about 25% of the votes."
