Here's Why Republican Tracey Chappell Has A Chance To Win Jackson County Prosecutor

It's easy but other "news outlets" can't say it . . .

Tragically, the Jackson County Democratic Party primary for Jackson County Prosecutor was nothing more than a collection of arguments predicated entirely on racially divisive politics. And so, partisan distinction will be hard to argue. Therefore, there's no logical reason that urban voters shouldn't give Ms. Chappell a chance.

Unfortunately . . . Jackson County Republicans are locked into losing and it's doubtful they'll be able to leverage reason against the arguments of activist Gwen Grant & former Council Lady Katy Shields.

In the meantime .  . . And objectively . . . We think it's best to let this contender speak for herself:

"Chappell made history in 2018 as the first African American woman to serve as Prosecutor in Blue Springs, Missouri . . .

"During her tenure as Senior Assistant County Counselor for Jackson County, Chappell delved into the complexities of handling civil commitments of the mentally ill, shedding light on the intersection of mental health and the criminal justice system. Her extensive courtroom background includes handling criminal cases and jury trials for multiple felonies, as well as serving as the Special Representative for the Missouri Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel, where she investigated Bar Association complaints, including those against Attorneys."
