Couple Post Bond Amid Endangerment Charges In Deadly Youngster Fall

Jackson County prosecutors charged THE COUPLE on July 31 with child endangerment resulting in the death of a child. On Monday, July 29, a 3-year-old boy died after falling form a 9-story apartment window.

Both suspects were being held on a $10,000 bond. Court documents say both posted bond on Monday, Aug. 5.
