When Will Kansas Politicos Stop Stalling On Legal Weed?!?

Given that most Americans replacing alcohol with legal weed is a trend that defines the current era and so far none of the nightmare scenarios for casual users have come to pass . . . There really isn't much reasonable defense of prohibition that isn't outright reactionary or anti-social. 

Accordingly . . .

We notice Kansas politicos on BOTH SIDES of the aisle offering a glimpse at the future . . .
