SUSPECT indicted on charges of second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
SUSPECT, 18, was alleged to have fired the gunshot that killed Lisa Lopez-Galvan. He was booked into jail on May 6 after spending nearly three months in the hospital.
Two other men also face the same charges . . .
A second-degree murder charge in the State of Missouri is a class A felony that carries a sentence of no less than 10 years and up to life in prison.
