Alaska Airlines flight 291, heading to Seattle, turned back to Kansas City following indications of a potential fuel leak.
In a statement, Alaska Airlines pilots followed standard procedures, shut down the No. 1 engine, and landed at KCI shortly after 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
Kansas City native Tech N9ne was on the flight, according to a post on his Facebook page
