KCATA Builds Up Northland Apartments Despite Freebie Ride FAIL

Here's a local project moving to the nice side of the bridge . . .

NorthPoint Development officially broke ground on an 80 million-dollar apartment complex.

The apartments sit behind NorthPoint’s Headquarters, north of the river and east of Waterworks Park off of North Oak Trafficway.

Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (KCATA) CEO, Frank White III, said the complex will become important in connecting Kansas City.

White said the area is due for improvements and growth.
