Kansas City Needs More Diaper Donations

According to HappyBottoms staff, the bank has distributed 124% more diapers in 2024 than the same time last year.

Volunteers attribute several factors, including the recent increase in diapers they provide per child, per month from 50 to 75.

According to Ashley Allison with HappyBottoms, the number of children needing assistance has also skyrocketed. This year, the nonprofit has already distributed diapers to 10,728 kids, a 33% increase over 2023.
