"Within minutes of the judge approving Sean Smith to testify if the trial of the Attorney General against Jackson County, a "water main" broke causing the building to be evacuated and the trial moved to Clay County."

Downtown Jackson County Courthouse closed due to water outage

The property tax trial moved to Liberty, and all other hearings were canceled.
