The Clay County Sheriff's Office says the homicide occurred late on Tuesday night at a house located in the 16200 block of Kountry Ridge Drive . . .
The sheriff's office says that the unidentified victim died at the scene. Deputies took a person of interest into custody at the home.

"The Clay County Sheriff’s Office said Melissa I. Hoffner-Allen has been charged with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in the death of 50-year-old Ricky Allen."
