This week Missouri commits an important power move that most local news outlets are going to downplay.

But consider . . .

MISSOURI'S GOP SUPER MAJORITY HOUSE RESOLUTION SUPPORTS ISRAEL IN NO UNCERTAIN TERMS!!!

Like it or not . . . And there's a lot of people who might object . . . 

The strong statement offers perspective on the fringe arguments from so-called conservatives who don't align with their Trump country colleagues. 

Here's the word . . .

“Missouri has a long and proud history with the state of Israel going back to 1948. The United States was the first country to acknowledge Israel’s existence, and it was done so by Missouri’s very own President Harry S. Truman,” said House Speak Dean Plocher, R-Des Peres, said. “This resolution simply acknowledges Missouri’s proud history with the state of Israel. It further acknowledges Israel’s right to defend itself and it expresses our solidarity with the people of Israel following those horrendous attacks that occurred in October of last year.”
