Should Kansas City Chiefs Rally Youngster Shooter Stand Trial As Adult?!?

It's a question that a judge will decide . . .

Behind the scenes, there's a local social media firestorm amongst urban denizens regarding this case over braggadocio and/or the lack of legal consequences and subsequent threats of more violence this Summer. 

Meanwhile, activists inside and around the courthouse are recycling this argument: 

"Despite long-term declines in youth incarceration, Black youth remain vastly more likely to be incarcerated than their white peers. Black youth are almost five times as likely as their white peers to be held in juvenile facilities."

Also worthy of consideration . . .

More than a few conservative law enforcement "supporters" are lobbying for TERRORISM charges just to get the seriousness of this case across to the other side of the aisle.
