On Saturday, Kansas Rep. Sean Tarwater (R-Stilwell) told KCTV5 he intends to introduce and work this legislation, but it is up to the Speaker to allow it to come to a vote.
Rep. Tarwater said there is still work to do to get him to agree to run to bill.

Gov. Kelly plans to announce a special session this upcoming week where one legislator plans to introduce STAR bonds to attract a professional sports team to the state.
