WESPORT SHOOTER HAD BLAST ON HIS BIRTHDAY!!!
However . . .
It's important to remember that five other people were hit by gunfire amid this tragic Kansas City Westport entertainment district mass shooting. And guards, reportedly, had no choice but to respond with lethal force.
Accordingly, here's new info just shared by police to the media that deserves consideration in order to provide more context . . .
"Detectives are continuing to investigate and indications are the identified deceased person was actively shooting when Westport security arrived on scene and the security officer fired shots that struck him."
