Kansas City Police Debut 'Entertainment District Plan' Against Gunfire: Will It Work?!?

In recent years rampant gunfire has plagued local gathering spots and turned fund times into horrific battlefields that chase away night life from Kansas City.

Police are still working to identify all of the suspects in a recent Country Club Plaza shooting that hit multiple cars and shattered glass at an embattled Shake Shack location.

KCPD's Entertainment District Plan is in full swing. This means every weekend during summer, more than a dozen patrol units will be out in the entertainment districts like Westport, the Plaza, and 18th & Vine.
