Of course there will be a few high-profile publicity stunts with trail cams . . . The city pulled this same trick about 10 years ago yet local streets are still as trashy as ever.
Still . . .
The effort is respectable given that it doesn't have anything to do with some pious baller and his trash talk against people who don't match his demographic identity . . . And the predictable outrage from so many chubby middle-class hipsters whose favorite hobby is pretending to be oppressed.

"Two new ordinances were introduced and passed during today’s city council legislative session that increase the minimum fine for an illegal dumping conviction on public lots to a range of $500 to $1,000.
"Subsequent convictions would bring fines to a minimum of range of $750 to $1,000 per violation. In addition, violators would be required to complete a 48-hour shock incarceration time or participate in a court-ordered community service clean-up program."
