It's ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that KCMO is still struggling to get back online after a week's worth of hacking setbacks.
Here's the local news quote on the topic . . .
"KCTV5 has confirmed that the water system is working and nothing is wrong with the water. The problem has been isolated to the main KC Water phone line."
