This Jeff City effort is important to understand if only because it doesn't really do much other than push back against recent KCMO & STL efforts to AWARD EPIC CASH to former prisoners freed after sketchy publicity campaigns.

Senate committee hears omnibus crime bill
One new provision within the bill would keep 12- and 13-year-old felony offenders from being tried as adults.
