Street takeovers organized by social media threaten Kansas City once again this Spring/Summer.
Police are, thankfully, taking the threat seriously and using sky tech in order to arrest more participants.
Still . . . This begs the question if prosecutors will also pursue charges in order to back up law enforcement.

The video is shot from KCPD’s helicopter.
The video shows an intersection taken over by dozens of parked cars. There are also dozens of people out of vehicles walking around the intersection as a car does a burnout.
Police said the helicopter helped other officers move in an make arrests.
