A recent slam dunk proposal would make it about 150 MILLION BUCKS for 18th & Vine since 1990.
Sadly . . .
A sustainable profit model is nowhere in sight.
Our downtown friends shouldn't get too salty about this topic . . . Kansas City's P&L District loses about 15 MILLION BUCKS a year.

"An ordinance up for the City Council's consideration Thursday afternoon would direct City Manager Brian Platt to identify city-owned property that could support development, including a potential 400-space garage, and solicit groups to design and build it. The ordinance also would allocate $20 million, or the maximum amount of a future city bond issuance, to help finance the effort."
