Officials with the Kansas City Scout system said early this morning all SCOUT systems went down until further notice. This included the KC SCOUT website, traffic cameras, and highway message boards.

A spokesperson with the Missouri Department of Transportation said after noticing the attack, the system was shut down immediately.
