Wrong Guy Launches Lawsuit After Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl Rally Mass Shooting

This is the first but not the last legal complaint following Kansas City's deadly and public disaster.

"The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas, alleges U.S. Rep. Tim Burchett of Tennessee shared photos of Denny Loudermill on his personal social media account saying he was one of the shooters and referring to him as an “illegal alien.”

"Loudermill, a native of Olathe, Kansas, attended the parade celebrating the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win. An argument broke out during the parade and ended in the shooting, which killed one person and wounded more than 20 people."
