Asked why they're thinking about an exit, 63% of teachers and support staff listed stress and student behavior and 59% said lack of pay. The other reasons were workload, lack of support from families or administrators, lack of resources and safety concerns.
"The long-term trend has been that teachers have felt less supported and student behavior has gotten worse," he said.
