Mayor Q Considers Bringing Unconstitutional Red Light Cameras Back To Kansas City

We only wonder if Mayor Q is trolling or trying to distract us from something more important.

Here's his big question today on X/Twitter .  . .

"With fatality auto crashes reaching new highs, what are your thoughts on returning red light cameras to the community like what’s being evaluated in St. Louis?"

Remember . . . 

Missouri Supreme Court has CONSISTENTLY RULED THAT RED LIGHT CAMERAS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL. 

Currently . . .

STL is trying to bring back Red light cameras and attempting to work around the law.

RED LIGHT CAMERAS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A CONSULTANT SCAM THAT STEVE GLORIOSO RAN ON THIS DOWN BEFORE HE WAS BUSY PUSHING UP DAISIES!!!

It's a racket and it doesn't keep anybody safer. 

Again . . . We suspect Mayor Q is trying to distract with this one . . . But as a former law lecturer, it's kinda surprising he doesn't already know more about this fight that dominated that KCMO discourse back in the early 2010s.
