"Leaders at the Greater KC Crime Stoppers Program say that the Kansas City, Mo., Police Department has released a list of its three most wanted fugitives they need the public’s help to locate.
"Crime Stoppers noted that wanted posters have been plastered on digital billboards courtesy of Lamar Advertising to display their photos across the entire metro area. The move was made in the hopes of generating information that would lead to their arrests."
