Kansas City Mom Indictment Exposed After Grayson's Deadly Fall

Follow-up on local tragedy and more information regarding the ongoing prosecution.

Here's a quote from the best report we've seen this afternoon . . .

"On March 1, a grand jury indicted 27-year-old Corrinne O’Connor with one count of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child, a felony that is punishable by up to 30 years in prison. She was previously charged by Jackson County Prosecutors.

"The charges stem from the November 2023 death of 5-year-old Grayson O’Connor when he fell out of a 17-story window.

"According to the indictment, she “knowingly acted in a manner that created a substantial risk to the life, body and health” of Grayson by 'failing to supervise' him while they 'were together in a seventeenth-story apartment containing a fully open window.' This, the indictment states, 'resulted in death to the child.' "
