Loved ones of a slain local biz owner are skeptical of a recent statement of the Jackson County prosecutor and they're going public with hopes to verify the circumstances of a fatal shooting.
A recent statement to Kansas City media that is also supported amongst many locals:
"We want to see the video," (His sister) said. "We want to see some actual evidence of what happened. John was not an aggressive person. He was the complete opposite."
