BikeWalkKC seems to be ramping up their policy efforts as weather gets warmer this year.
However . . .
Let's not forget that over and over the East side seems to REJECT THIS CONSULTING SCHEME and they have met with disaster on Truman Road, Armour Road and most places where their street crafting has been disastrous . . .
