By all accounts, City Hall and council dudes both Midtown & North have actively worked to destroy this part of town . . . Here's one more challenge for biz near downtown to overcome:
“There’s either parking meters that don’t work, or signs that don’t make sense, or areas that are blocked off,” one biz owner said.
She’s worried match days will affect their business.
