"Crews were called to a facility near 19th Street and Troost Avenue shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday on reports of smoke in the area. Crews worked to evacuate an industrial building while witnesses say the fire was concentrated at what appeared to be a homeless camp under a nearby bridge."
