On Tuesday, traffic swerved to avoid a sign placed on busy East 23rd Street Trafficway leading toward Stark Avenue. Behind the sign is a series of deep potholes cratering the rightmost lane.
"This is a big one. This is not a small pothole. It is humongous. I know they have people calling them about this pothole. And they know the pothole has something to do with it obviously because they went back out today and put a sign in front of the pothole so other traffic doesn't hit it," said Rachel McGee, her aunt.
