
The denizens of the urban core are now subject to even more unwanted door knocking amid an election year.
Often, we note that anti-crime funds are spent on "no-show" jobs . . . However . . . This effort requires more than a bit of public interaction and "outreach" by way of yet another sales pitch for the political status quo . . . And yet another pointless effort that might encourage "gun control" but won't impact historic local violence one way or another.

The Center for Conflict Resolution is also in the business of conflict prevention in a city that has seen record homicides over the past 12 months.
They are here for help and have been going door to door in Kansas City’s neighborhoods to listen, learn and teach.
