Another tragedy hits KC amid the arctic cold . . . Here's the most comprehensive report so far:
"The Kansas City Fire Department reported that a trailer home caught fire before 9:15 a.m. in the 3300 block of Oakland Avenue. First responders learned that the child was trapped inside the home.
"After they found the child, EMS rushed them to Children’s Mercy Hospital. The fire department said the child was pronounced dead at the hospital."
