Reality: The first big snow in KC is typically tricky.
The biggest struggle in the next 24 hours . . . How will KCMO and other nearby towns treat roads WITHOUT wasting resources that could be washed away by rain?!?
Here are the basics . . .
"Since it is expected to rain Monday morning, Overland Park and Kansas City have decided not to pre-treat their roads Sunday night. Other area towns have also expressed they are unsure exactly when they will treat roads."
