Another unsatisfied customer sends this review our way that tracks with a great deal of negative feedback regarding this POORLY DESIGNED MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR FACILITY over the holiday season and into the new year.
Sadly . . .
Local TV news skews toward happy talk that downplays increasingly negative sentiment:
"You could see your breath in the baggage claim area, literally. Some sliding doors were off their track and others were stuck open. Not even a year old and falling apart with low bidder trash hardware.
"The crosswalks were poorly treated and I witnessed three people fall.
"Dork traffic crossing guard was blocking one crosswalk while pedestrians froze in single digits temps while he waved on people in heated cars. Dipsh*t had thirty people waiting while he powered played his badge.
"I have to laugh at all the temporary Kinko's printed signage in this joint because the designers had no foresight and a year into the new place, no one has a solid fix for it."
