The former Kansas City toy train advocate is about to get railroaded by bigger & stronger concerns armed with more cash.

Crossroads Community Association board member David Johnson says that if a ballpark is going to be located in the area, they want to make sure the Crossroads doesn't lose what they feel makes it a unique and special part of Kansas City.

"It's really sort of an acknowledgment of the creative epicenter of Kansas City," Johnson said. "We've put ourselves on the map as the arts district."
