MAYOR Q HAS MOSTLY AVOIDED ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HOMICIDE STATS THAT HAVE SPANNED HIS TWO TERMS!!!
What's worse is that this trend will be followed by faux "progress" dutifully reported early in the year that offers false hope before stats pick up again in the Summer.
