Accordingly, here's the money line he recently shared regarding the Royals deal that escaped the nicer side of the river . . . For the moment . . .

"The team asked #ClayCounty for $700M, #NKC for $350M, and $300M from the State.  The team also wanted any windfall from the project, 100% of naming rights, & a mgmt fee. "
