There are plenty of broke-ass Kansas City drivers moonlighting as fake cabbies willing to taxi drunks home for hefty fee . . . The cost is still less expensive than legal trouble or karmic debt of killing somebody on the road.

"Ahead of the holiday weekend, law enforcement on both sides of the state line have one warning: don't drive impaired. Deputies are concerned with more than just drinking and driving."
