KANSAS CITY ROYALS & CHIEFS ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO WORK AROUND EFFORTS BY EXECUTIVE FRANK WHITE'S OFFICE TO SABOTAGE ANY DEAL!!!

Low-ball offers might have been insulting but BILLIONS at stake for County & the teams have inspired smarter people to press on . . . Here are a few highlights that should track for people who are following this conversation seriously . . . 

- Look for the Royals & Chiefs to make major concessions on the Parks Levy and insurance costs. These finer points of the deal pushed by insiders could provide major savings to taxpayers. Or, at the very least, a starting point for the finer points of a new deal.

- Community benefit agreements are no longer occupying last place in these discussions. If insiders are going to "sell" this deal to the public . . . They're telling the teams that they need solid commitments to make sure the deal will also be worth it to locals on the low-end. 

- Everyone now seems to realize that time is a factor and insiders are moving faster then they have throughout 2023. Public meetings and recent news about the departure of the teams seems to have inspired a greater sense of urgency.

Again, it seems like the Exec's office is going to stonewall and the effort to work around them is now going full steam ahead . . .
