Make no mistake, there are a lot of real estate shenanigans in play in and around Troost. 

However . . .

This Mexican BBQ fusion project seems interesting and might hint at more opportunities for collaboration rather than the boring "winner takes all" gentrification game that local suburbanites seem to encourage . . . Check-it:
