Kansas City Remembers Pearl Harbor Day

Credit to one of our KICK-ASS TKC COMMENTERS for noting this American "Day that will live in infamy."

Because of that quick note . . . We were kinda surprised that we're one of the few local new-ish outlets to mark the occasion with only a few moments before midnight.

Accordingly . . . 

TKC at least wanted to acknowledge that today is of many reminders that the world has always been a dangerous place and the soldiers who stand ready to protect us deserve a great deal respect.

The Navy is honoring the popular slogan "Remember Pearl Harbor" by naming three submarines and an aircraft carrier after ships and a sailor linked to the Japanese attack that brought the United States into World War II.
