DESPITE PROTESTS, ASSURANCES & RELIEF EFFORTS . . . KANSAS CITY RESIDENTS ARE GETTING PUSHED OUT THANKS TO RAMPANT PROPERTY TAX SPIKES!!!

Capitalism and the free market are exceptionally cruel and there's only so much that politicos can do in order to soften the consequences of their mismanagement. 

Big picture according to TKC  . . . 

Mike Sanders was a crook but even he managed property tax assessments better than the current regime.

The reason they're being pushed out -- a new owner. The previous owner said they sold, at least partially, because of the assessments that overwhelmed so many Jackson County property owners this summer.

Every tenant got a letter to vacate Monday, telling them they must move by the end of January.
