Kansas City Low Turnout Election Day Arrives

Twitter creeps and all manner of politically charged nerds have been sharing social media encouragement about voting today.

However . . .

LOW VOTER TURNOUT HAS BECOME KANSAS CITY TRADITION!!!

In fact . . .

Look closely and notice so many of our "activist" class are actually suburbanites who don't reside inside city limits and can boldly advocate for more taxes and "change" without risking their biscuit one bit.

Still . . . 

A caveat for watching this election . . . 

Our chattering class will cheer if turnout exceeds 10% but we often forget that number is just 10% of REGISTERED voters and so many locals have opted out of this process for a long time. 

In fact, this double tax Kansas City, Missouri election day was specifically designed to take advantage of low voter turnout. 

And so . . .
